  This place is WAY over priced for what you get, do yourself a favor and rent a house or condo, it definitely will not cost you more. And don't expect any of your deposit back, trust me, they make up charges to equal the deposit. My husband and I rented for a year till our house was built, we were a transplant and brought only the bare essentials while our belongings were not being transported till our house was completed. Even though we left the place exactly the way it was when we moved in, I did not even hang one thing on the wall, they made sure they made up charges so we would not get a deposit back. Don't even bother paying their cleaning charge of $170, because even if you pay it, which I did, they will still keep your deposit. We paid the same amount every month for water but when it came to the charges against our deposit there was an extra almost $40 just so it equalled the balance of the deposit, which we paid the water each month with the rent so how they charged us $104 for another month of water is beyond me. If you don't mind paying an overpriced rent and are alright with them keeping your deposit then this place is for you.
