  Absolutely the worst!! I have been waiting for a call back from anyone at this company since Christmas. Discourteous, Rude, uninformative. They have already been paid and evidently don't care to fix my appliance. I'm wondering: How many people have they ripped off that did not want to take the time to post a comment here?
  I think I'm going to see if it's enough people for a class action suit.

  Honestly, 1 star is too much! Repair man "serviced" my subzero refrigerator using knock off parts and failed to install them properly. 4 months of a fridge not working...and $500 in "repair" costs. Luckily, I contacted High End Service out of St Pete. They contacted Subzero and repaired the fridge in a week - free of charge!
