  The SHIFTS Program needs to be included in the information for this place. The houses & location is great. But most of the people there, especially the women, are jerks and don't take the program seriously.
  I really benefited from getting doctors visits & medications covered by the program. But the case managers neglected my needs, especially when I had to leave the program. They offered ABSOLUTELY NO REFERRALS OR GUIDANCE for transitioning to another program! No one helped me & I didn't know what to do!
  I ended up accepting the help from the worst scumbag on the planet who dumped me in Fort Myers, leaving me without any of my belongings, completely lying about helping me like he promised & stole at least half my belongings! I ENDED UP IN MUCH WORSE CONDITION THAN I WAS WHEN I FIRST ENTERED TBE PROGRAM!
  I complied with all my responsibilities while most of the other people there blatantly didn't do their part. The case managers clearly played along with the popularity contests with the clients. People whose job is to help who refuse to do their job for clients who desperately need the help have no business whatsoever in having their job!
  Unbelievably, a few months ago when I was living in the streets with nowhere to go, I WAS STILL DENIED ENTRY INTO THE PROGRAM EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ROOM & DESPITE BEING REFERRED BY THE POLICE AND ANOTHER AGENCY.! Again, these "professionals" are acting like high school kids and play favorites. Another client, who had broke so many rules and did not comply with her responsibilities was accepted back into the program twice!
  What a nice place wasted on people who clearly don't care and don't deserve being there!
