  We were scheduled to have our Microwave looked at on a Monday and they called us on a Friday to see if they could come out. After the tech (JB) came out. He knew what was wrong gave us a price. Since he fixed it without part and done within five minutes, he gave us a discount. This company wasn't just prompt, but educated my wife and I on how the microwave should work. Customer service was an A++. Thank you for fixing our microwave and saving us from buying a new one.
