  I think these folks would be challenged to find a bleeding elephant in a phone booth
  
  10 days ago I ordered a washer and dryer with associated hardware by calling the 800 number. My items were to be delivered April 3. I thought my purchase was from the Venice Florida store. A few days later, I was told the order would be delayed to April 6. Further, one item would inevitably from Venice store and the rest from North Port
  
  On April 6, a washer shows but no dryer. I spent 45 minutes trying to find someone from Lowes to address this mistake. During that time I learned:
  1. Item was coming form Ft Myers;
  2. All items were in Venice store so not sure why North Port was involved ;
  3. North Port shipping thought it odd that it was involved;
  4. Items not scheduled until April 20;
  
  Further, during these calls
  1. I was placed on hold with North Port store until call was dropped since no one answered;
  2. I was transferred to speak with a manager and call lost;
  3. When trying again, I was told "Bill" would pick up call but instead "Keegan" answered.
  
  To top off the clownish operation, I was told a gift card would be available for me to pick up in the NorthPort store to assuage my feelings. This is about 20-35 minutes away.
  
  When I arrived, there was no card. Apparently, after calling to tell me a card would be waiting, Lowes decided it would mail the card; but without telling me of the change. This was relayed to me by a desk clerk who was instructed by a manager to deal with the problem. First rate customer service there; send someone with no authority out to deliver the bad news.
  
  I could not have written a comedy with this many screw ups.
