  Find another plumber. I hired Hondo's to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, also some other issues with two other toilets. Supposedly everything was fixed (although I wasn't even provided with a receipt) - that night, the same toilet was running as it had been before it was "fixed." I immediately called to let Alex know. He came back three days later (with a whole 15 minutes notice, luckily I happened to be home), needed to replace a part, and wanted to charge me for another service call! When I questioned him on it, he hemmed and hawed, and finally said he didn't want me to be mad at him so he would charge me $45 for the part (which I'm sure was a ripoff too). As I pointed out, he could have replaced that part during the original service call. I have now had trouble with the two other toilets he "fixed" but will be finding another, more reputable plumber who actually stands behind his work.
