  I needed some work done on one of my laptops. Patrick came to my home and picked it up. As he was doing what had to be done the processer in it died. Because of the fact that it was in his possession at the time he said that he would replace it also. He returned it completely fixed and for no additional charge. Patrick is a very reliable and knowledgeable person and he really cares about the finished product and the end user. I would give him the highest rating possible. Excellent job Patrick!
