  I live here n it has 2 pool sites, excellent maintenance staff. Family friendly n safe for children. Main office staff are very kind, friendly...oh n ad a hot tub...large clubhouse to rent for parties

  Quiet neighborhood - people mind their own business and keep pretty much to themselves as far as I have noticed - lovely setting with pond and birds (and once, an alligator!) - good layout, very roomy - helpful management - use of washer and dryer is expensive - water is not free - you pay rent + a monthly management fee + an additional charge if you don't have rent taken from your checking account (e-check) - but there's no mold, etc. that I've seen in my building (# 6) . All in all, I love it here!
