  Signed a year lease on a rental with these people, Nicole Smith specifically, gave them $2,000 to move into a beautiful home(more than the minimum to move in). 3 months later they told us the home was being foreclosed and our lease would be "terminated". We were bothered by maintenance people, pest control, and home inspections 2-3 times a week the whole time we were there. Always paid on time and in full & we ended up being sued for eviction to get us out so the home owners could hand over the house. During all this we were told several different stories by the people that work at this real estate company, way too many lies to keep track of. Oh and even though we were forced to move out and left the house clean and in the same condition it was given to us, they kept the $1200 deposit! These people are not honest and do not abide by the law- BEWARE PLEASE!!!
