  My experience here was mainly positive.
  
  As for the rental itself, it couldn't have gone better: the rental agent was friendly, attentive, and capable, and the car I received was clean and well-maintained (plus, I was able to get it on the spot, after literally just walking in). Also, I liked that I was able to return the car after-hours on the day it was due back, making use of a drop-box for the keys.
  
  The only issue I had was a minor one, when, after returning the car, I was nearly charged for an extra day. As it were, I received a follow-up call from an Enterprise employee (different than that whom I'd rented the car from), and she somehow had the idea that it was a two-day rental instead of a single, and was ready to charge me the extra day (a bit too eagerly, I thought, as if hoping that I might miss this "mistake" and agree to the extra charge). I hesitate to note this issue, as it is based purely on my perception of the incident, which could've been, in reality, just a simple, honest mistake; however, I feel that I should make note of it, if only that others might be aware of such a potential misunderstanding (whether intentional or not).

  The reservation person said I would picked up at 7:45am and did not showed up. After calling back I was told this is a common occurrence, and they do not pick up anyone unless they call back and confirm the pickup. They explained it happens a lot, and apologized. After finally getting my ride, the rental agent would not take my method of payment (PayPal business debt card) because I was out of state. They were very busy, understaffed, but friendly.
  It seems their hands were tied by policy's about picking me up, and not accepting a debit card from out of state.
  I called Hertz and they offered to send me a cab and pay for it! I was in and out of Hertz with my rental car in two minutes.
  I am thankful however about learning about Hertz, I recommend them to everyone who is out of state and needs a rental
